Hook

Scoring can happen on other player’s properties so placement and timing is very important. From only 2 choices each turn, lots of strategy develops around road connections and building placement.

Overview

Players are competing to be the next city manager. Together they build the city by laying card tiles and connecting roads. But they separately score for each road connection and each building constructed.

Actions - Choose One

  • Play a card and claim a property with a cube, then refill your hand up to 4 cards.
  • Construct a building by placing a building over one of your cubes.

Scoring

Roads score as soon as you place a card. Buildings score in special combos at the end of the game. The game ends when the deck of card tiles

run out.
Final scoring will allow players to score off other player’s buildings, meaning players can take advantage of other player’s buildings to score higher points.
